Start from our shop at Via IV Novembre 20 and think of the Limone outing as roughly 10 km out and back. One hour and a half to two hours is a relaxed adult reference, not a timetable for children. Snack breaks, photo stops, confidence, heat and energy all shape a family day, so we never promise that the whole ride will feel easy for every child.
Pedestrians have priority. In the historic centre, get off and walk the bikes; it is part of enjoying Limone, not a delay. There are rising sections too. An e-bike can take some effort out of an adult’s ride, but it still needs confident handling, steady braking and care around people walking.
Tell us the height of every rider. Children’s MTBs are available in 20 and 24 inches, while Kids E-Bike 24 is from 135 cm and Kids E-Bike 26 from 145 cm. These are height requirements, not a substitute for experience or confidence. E-Trekking is for riders from 160 cm; final fit and availability are always checked with the team.
A child seat is free for a child up to 22 kg, only on a compatible E-Trekking, E-City or City Bike. A free dog basket is only for an E-Trekking and a dog up to 10 kg. Both depend on availability and compatibility, so please request a child seat or dog basket when you reserve. Helmet, lock, lights and phone holder are included free with the base bike equipment.
Send your date, rider heights and any accessory request before you come; availability is confirmed by the team. Payment is always made at the shop, with no advance payment. We are in business all year: in winter, the Via IV Novembre 20 shop serves guests by reservation, so message us on WhatsApp at least one day ahead.
FAQ
It can be a lovely family outing, but it is not the same for every child. The route, short climbs, pedestrian traffic, weather and each rider’s confidence matter. Plan the return ride at your own pace and stop whenever the group needs to.
We do not use an age rule here. Please share the height of every cyclist and a little about riding confidence. Kids E-Bike 24 requires at least 135 cm and Kids E-Bike 26 at least 145 cm; the team confirms the final setup.
A free child seat is for a child up to 22 kg and only fits compatible E-Trekking, E-City or City Bikes. A free dog basket is only for an E-Trekking and a dog up to 10 kg. Please request either accessory in advance; fit and stock must be confirmed.
For an adult, an e-bike can make the climbs and changing gradients more comfortable. It does not remove the need to ride skilfully on a shared path, especially near pedestrians. An E-Trekking requires a rider height of at least 160 cm.
Payment is made at the shop, never in advance. The business operates all year; in winter, Via IV Novembre 20 receives guests by reservation. Contact us on WhatsApp at least one day before so we can prepare the right setup.

Payment is always made directly at the shop. We don't ask you to pay in advance when you send your reservation request.
If you need to cancel, it rains or you'd like to change the day, please tell us as soon as you can — preferably with a WhatsApp message. That way we can release the bicycles for other guests and check a new date with you.
Helmet, lock, lights and phone holder are included at no extra cost. Child seats and dog baskets are also free: request them when booking so we can check the right bicycle and availability.
